Home / EPL / Dog Runs on Pitch at Goodison Park…May Be Offered Contract…(Video)

Seems Everton’s 5-0 thrashing of Leyton Orient was preempted by the appearance of a cheeky dog that chased down one of the training balls straight into the back of the net. Both home and away fans seemed to enjoy the plucky pooch as he skillfully tapped the ball in with the tenacity in the style of the Spanish national team, and has now registered a Twitter account: @goodisondog We’re not sure if he’ll be signed as an official mascot or not, and with the financial woes plaguing Everton who know’s if anyone will be, but at any rate he’ll be on the lookout for the Anfield Cat with his owner during all the home matches this season.
