Want a pair of Nike Superfly’s but can’t afford the $400, well our friend Sergio over at soccerpro.com has let us know that they have marked them down 25% to $299.99. These shoes are the same ones that have graced the feet of Clint Dempsey and Ronaldo. The upper is made of a Teijin synthetic leather that is super soft, gives a great touch and light weight. They also feature Nike’s flywire technology which give the upper added strength so it remains true to shape and won’t fall apart quickly like other synthetics.
The insoles are also comfortable, and if the ones we tried out we’re anything to go by, they feel almost like a gel when you’re walking or running in these shoes. They’re not actually gel, but they feel like it. the EVA sockliner also helps keep your feet dry so you wont’ have to worry about these boots slipping and sliding around on your feet.
The cleats are in the standard Superfly III cleats pattern and have two adaptive traction studs on the inner fore foot which extend during wet conditions and retract for dry surfaces giving you decent grip no matter what. Overall, we though they were a great pair of boots, and recommend them, especially at this price.
