Home / MLS / Thierry Henry Sent Off for Violent Conduct By Moronic Referee

I may not like Thierry Henry, for me, he cheated Ireland out of a World Cup place and I can’t forgive for that. But, he didn’t deserve to be sent off for this. The match between the NY Red Bulls for whom he plays, and the Portland Timbers. Henry took offense to the big man in a Timbers jersey, Moffatt, having a go at him and gave him a gentle shove in the head, and got one back in turn. Then they made up, and got down to business. It should have ended there, but instead, the ref decided to steal the show and sent him off.

Epic fail.
