Home / La Liga / Ronaldo Scuffs Ball Into Fan’s Face, Goes Into the Stand to Apologize and Give Him a Jersey

Cristiano Ronaldo is someone I tend to judge harshly for his temper tantrums and generally whining, but he did the right thing last night and deserves some respect for it. During 18th minute the Real’s 4-0 victory over Getafe last night Ronaldo scuffed the ball into the lower stand, and broke an elderly fans nose, leaving him needing the attention of medical staff. But Ronaldo, who seemed genuinely sad that he hurt the poor man who was there with his grandson, climbed over the ad boards at the end of the match to give the man a Real Madrid jersey, and say sorry to him personally.

One to lord over his mates for sure.
