Navy Girls Soccer Camp is not only about soccer. This camp teaches girls, ages 7-17, to have fun, make friends, and play hard, all while teaching the basic fundamentals of soccer. Located in historic Annapolis, Maryland, Navy Girls Soccer Camp celebrates the history and tradition of the United States Naval Academy. The camp is directed by Head Coach of Girls Soccer, Carin Gabarra. Upon her many accomplishments, Gabarra is a U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame Inductee, a 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, and the 1991 FIFA Player of the Year. Girls that attend Navy Girls Soccer Camp are getting a quality soccer experience from quality direction, coaches, and staff.
Navy Girls Soccer Camp focuses on many tactics. The girls will work on Dribbling, 1v1s, Attacking, Passing/Receiving, Possession, Individual Defending, Team Defending, Shooting, Heading, Crossing, and Finishing. Plus, campers will engage in full scrimmages each day.
For residential campers, Navy Girls Soccer Camp also offers a 3v3 Tournament. This year, for the July 1-5 session, a Fourth of July Fireworks show is even included in the camp experience!
