Home / MLS / Youth New York Red Bulls Jersey Review

They got Henry, they’re located in the greatest city in the world, and now they’ve got this sick home kit to match, can life get any better for the New York Red Bulls. I’m from New York City, Inwood Park to be exact right at the tippy top of Manhattan and I’m looking forward to them making a playoff run in the MLS at least this year. If you’re a true fan of the Red Bulls, or just a legit New Yorker like me, you got to have one of these shirts to show your colors.

The Red Bulls home jersey is white, with red trim and those three trademark Adidas stripes running down the sleeves. The top collar is also lined with red, and on the inside it has “Red Bull New York” printed on it. There are also two buttons running down from the collar that are pretty unique within the MLS and add a classic flair to the jersey. The crest and Adidas logo are both embroidered on either breast of the jersey and should hold up well over the years, which is important to me. I hate having to buy a jersey every other year. The top of the shoulder are vented with Adidas Climacool material, and the rest of the shirt is a sleek smooth polyester fabric.

It fits snuggly across the chest and arms, so its great if you want to show off your muscles, or just look like you have some like me. The fabric is soft, and doesn’t chafe your skin, and the white color means it won’t get to hot in the direct sun. I find its good for the beach or out on the water. Its also got the big Red Bulls logo on the center of the chest, and I thing it looks pretty good.

Overall, its a great soccer jersey, and for only $69.99, forget about it.
