Home / EPL / Nike Arsenal Away Jersey 2011-2012 Revealed

The new 2011-12 Arsenal Away Jersey has just been released by Nike and I have to say I really like the blue colors and clean look of the shirt. The deep navy of the top half of the jersey, split through the middle at a 45 degree angle by the teal blue below looks eye catching, especially with the 125th Anniversary crest emblazoned in white on the left breast. The crest really pops, along with the Nike logo, and with color of the font for the back, rumored to be white, the jersey should have a well put together look rivaling any of the other top flight clubs in the Premiership.

The jersey itself is made from Nike’s Dri-Fit moisture wicking fabric. This fabric is made from recycled plastic bottles, so you can feel good about saving the Earth wearing it. It also has vented patches under both arms and on the sides to keep you cool on hot days. For my part, I also love how durable these jerseys are, and how easy they are to clean. It doesn’t seem to matter how much muck you get on them; you can simply throw them in the washing machine on cold with a bit of soap, and they come out clean. Just never put them in the dryer, as it makes them wear out faster.

Overall, its a great looking Arsenal shirt, and I’m definitely gonna pick one up once I get paid. They run $79.99 and you can grab one from our affiliate partner soccerpro.com.
