The body of this Man City jacket is primarily black with baby blue around the shoulders and the hood. These two colors go wonderfully together to give a very visually appealing end product. Their sponsor, Etihad, is also stitched on the left side of the collar. A nice feature of this jacket is the hood. Whenever there is rain, you want to be shielded so you don’t get soaked while walking. Therefore this jacket has a nice elastic hood to protect you from the elements. It also has Velcro strips so when it is not raining you can roll the hood up and hide it in the collar. Two more nice features are the pockets that have a nice overlying flap to protect your belongings from getting wet and there is mesh under the arms to allow for breathability in case you have many layers on. All of these things will help keep you warm and dry in all seasons.
Feel
This jacket is made out of 100% polyester to provide you with a very durable jacket. The inside of the jacket is lined with mesh, similar to most rain jackets while the outer part of the jacket is water-proof and thick enough to keep you warm. This soccer jacket does run true to size and the length is similar to most jackets. It is not overly long as some rain jackets are. The sleeves have elastic in order to keep wind and rain out. Even though it is pretty warm, it is not overly bulky or heavy so you will not be weighed down at all while you are sporting this jacket.
Overall
This jacket provides all the essentials to keep you warm and comfortable while looking great. The color scheme is terrific and the detail to the badge and the fact that everything is stitched on is a huge bonus. This helps to ensure that this jacket will last you a long time and keep looking great year after year. At $67.49, the price is a little high but most rain jackets run pretty close to this price and do not include one of the best teams in England stitched on them. If you are a Manchester City fan, this is a must have and you will not be disappointed.
