Gridiron had it's chance in the UK years ago. It failed and lost nearly $1 billion in NFL Europe.
Football is huge in the USA, every school team has a team, they just are not very good that is all.

Gridiron could not even sell out wembley stadium for the 2008 game, so the novelty has well and truly worn off.

Hey, Hull City are not going to be relegated. They are with Arsenal 20 points. I say Sunderland, Stoke City West Brom. I am a Chelsea fan and Hull City is here to stay.

Clubs do to their player all the time. They trade their players many times without even telling them.

I say this is a great chance for players, most of them coming from poor neighborhoods to make money. And if teams such as Arsenal failed to recognize that keeping their players is most important than making bigger stadiums, then it is their own faults.

We know why Arsenal went into bigger stadium; They wanted to make more money. But they didn't see it coming that they would have to pay more competitively to their player or else they would leave.

I think Loyalty is a word that doesn't really fit in pro sport now days.

I don't thing NFL is going to be as popular across the globe because it is a very expensive sport.

Soccer is the most popular sport int he world because all you need is a soccer ball really. you need no gears, you don't need to big or tall, you just need a ball. Hell you can even make your own ball it doesn't have to be soccer balls.

Also soccer is a simple spot to follow. The only rule is that you can touch the ball with your hand.

NOw with American football there are many rules and it is a sport that requires many gear. It is also very violent and NFL knows better that it is not going to be as successful as NBA because basketball is another simple and affordable sport just like soccer that is very popular in the world as well.

Garath Barry is a great example, Captin of a Uefa Cup Club but as soon as Liverpool come sniffing with their money he couldn't have gone any quicker

I said Inzaghi was Milan's top striker, not best. Pato may have more raw talent, but based on experience and a proven goal-scoring track record, Inzaghi is currently Milan's top striker until Pato unseats him.
